Yes. Our urns are made from recycled corn materials that are 100% biodegradable. Our materials are sourced from United States suppliers and all associated labor is paid fairly.
Do you allow returns?
If there are any issues with your urn, we do not do returns. Our team is happy to work with you to correct any issues, and that could mean we send you a replacement urn. If this occurs we encourage you to compost the old urn.
Do you offer exchanges?
We will gladly exchange unused urns. In most cases, this happens when someone orders too small of an urn, we recommend sizing up when in doubt.
What are your urn sizes?
Our standard sizes are 20 lbs, 100 lbs, 200 lbs, and 400 lbs. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up and we can make custom sizes if you need something larger than 400 lbs or would like to include multiple sets of ashes in one urn.
Are the urns shatterproof?
These urns are made of shatterproof materials and if for any reason your urn breaks, we will gladly send you a new one. We stand behind our urns and take pride in our customer service and quality!
Are the urns shelf stable?
While our urns are 100% biodegradable, it takes time in natural elements to degrade. It would take many years for an urn placed inside to begin degrading.
